How it works

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this really free?

Yes. Your first consultation is always free. If you were in a car accident in Ontario, your auto insurance may cover the assessment and any recommended treatment. We bill your insurer directly, so there's no cost to you.

What happens on the free consultation call?

It's a short conversation with a psychotherapist about what happened. From there, we submit a request to your insurer to get your assessment approved.

Do I need a lawyer or an open claim?

No. You can reach out to us directly, whether or not you have a lawyer or have filed a claim.

Do I need a doctor's referral first?

It helps, but it's not required to book your first assessment. We can guide you on next steps either way.

What if my insurer says no?

We'll walk you through your options.
